This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes, without the prior written approval of ESPN.\u00a0 Holder of this ticket grants permission to ESPN (and their designees) to utilize holder\u2019s image, likeness, actions and\/or statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.\u00a0 Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with facility rules, or the refunding to holder of the printed purchase price on the face of this ticket (less any discount the purchaser may have received from ESPN or otherwise) shall automatically terminate any rights that holder may have hereunder and shall authorize ESPN to revoke the ticket at any time prior to or during the event, refuse admission to the facility or eject holder from the facility.\u00a0 Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject holder to all legal remedies available to ESPN.<\/p>\n
